Meeting Topic: Postpone financial accural of all-year budget in 2019
Meeting Decision:
The chairman of the Foundation’s decision-making committee, Jade, chaired the meeting and proposed that， after careful consideration, the full-year 2019 budget will go the same way as the 2018 budget. For the time being, only the accounting is performed. The actual financial accrual should be postponed.
Through discussions, all members took into account factors such as the market and the progress of various projects. The Foundation expects to accrue all expenses for year-2018 and year-2019 in batches by the end of March 2020. All members of the decision-making committee unanimously adopted and reached a resolution on the postponement of the foundation’s expenditure in 2019.
