MixMarvel Foundation states that reported in July 2024, the MixMarvel operation team launched a volunteer program to recruit talents to support MixMarvel online and offline events.
The volunteer program is a long-term program for the betterment of community construction. MixMarvel hold online and offline events frequently, such as conferences, meetups, online AMA, online game competition etc. All of the events need extra support.
Volunteers involved in MixMarvel communities and events, helping with operation, organization and engaging users. MixMarvel’s volunteers are globally distributed.
The MixMarvel Foundation very much agrees with MixMarvel’s construction of the volunteer program. Volunteers who come from different countries will add a lot of diversity to the MixMarvel team.
The MixMarvel Foundation has a 21,570,966.23 MIX back-up funding support for the Volunteer Program in July 2024. This is a long-term program and MixMarvel has monthly budget on this program. The funding includes activity costs to market the program, recruiting costs, volunteer rewards and subsidies, reimbursement costs and other administrative costs.
