The Chairman of the Development Committee Jade presided over the meeting. Members of the Committee actively participated in the discussion and proposed that before the release of the Community Incentive Fund, the Development Fund be allocated as a community incentive resolution.

The members of the Resolution Committee unanimously passed and reached a resolution on the use of the funds.
